Diner Pensant with Katrina Kieffer-Wells 7 september

About living and surviving in the jungle of Calais.

After being horrified by the picture of three-year-old refugee Aylan Kurdi’s tiny corpse on the Turkish beach Katrina Kieffer-Wells decided to get into action to support refugees. She started together with another Essex mum SidebySide for refugees and goes a few times each month to the jungle in Calais with Aid, a big smile and practical help. Facing the biggest humanitarian disaster of the century she wants to be able to tell her children she did everything she could.

Come along to this dinner and hear from Katrina all about living in the Jungle and what Sidebyside is doing to help.
